What to expect at your first Innecore consultation

Every plan at Innecore begins with a consultation, held in person in Lahore or online, by appointment. It is where Sarah assesses your skin or scalp, listens to your goals and explains which options may be suitable. No treatment is booked before that conversation, and you do not need to decide anything in advance.

How the time is spent

A personalized skin programme consultation is planned around 60 minutes. Shorter conversations about a single treatment are arranged case by case, and online consultations follow the same structure.

• A calm, unhurried conversation about your goals, history and expectations.
• A structured assessment of barrier health, texture, tone and, where relevant, scalp condition.
• A sequenced plan of treatments, timing and home care, explained in plain language.

How to prepare

Bring or photograph the products you currently use, note any medication and recent treatments, and arrive with clean skin if the consultation is in person. For an online consultation, good daylight and a clear view of the area you would like to discuss help most.

If you are unsure what to ask for, choose “Not sure yet” on the booking form and describe your concern in your own words. Suitability is assessed at the consultation, not before it.

What you leave with

A written plan explained in plain language, or honest advice that a treatment is not the right step yet. Where a concern needs medical input first, Sarah will say so.

Treatments are sequenced so each one prepares the skin for the next, and reviewed as the skin responds. Aftercare guidance is given in writing, and progress is reviewed together at follow-up, where the plan is refined.

Once your appointment is arranged

Directions for in-person visits are shared when your appointment is arranged, and any deposit or cancellation terms that apply are confirmed with you directly before anything is booked. Rescheduling is arranged with Sarah on WhatsApp.
